Yep, that's about the size of it. Summer budget blown on players on players who aren't good enough. We've gone backwards. Would also prefer Armstrong and/or Dykes up front to either of Frey and/or Celar (the latter of whom looks absolutely dire) |

Yes Dunne was a terrible CB before he was transitioned to a decent RB. He needs to go back to RB as soon as possible |

They've already done this with cricket. It's an absolute joke. I love cricket, but other than England Test Matches I don't watch it anymore. Just thousands of meaningless matches for tv and advertising £.

No, I've just been to the game tonight and utterly dismayed by what I've seen (yet again) from Celar. I never want to see Celar play for us again unless and until he is at least prepared to stick his foot and/or head in a few times. He looks completely disinterested.
Alfie Lloyd, on the other hand, looks like he could have something. Alfie should now be ahead of him in the pecking order [Post edited 17 Sep 22:31]

Said after the first game of the season. There is absolutely nothing that suggests he is even remotely close to being a decent footballer. Doesnt run. Doesnt tackle. Doesn't head the ball. Barely touches the ball in fact. Absolute waste of time. Should never play again. Complete waste of a shirt |

The only difference is that the ticketing firms get to do the touting, rather than the man on the street. All the protesting about touts was not about right and wrong, it was about retaining power and wealth for themselves. It's shocking. The Govt should intervene and ban 'dynamic pricing' for all sports and music events, as an absolute minimum (but they won't, because they're in it with the corporations).

I agree. He seems to prefer to win a free kick rather than beat a player, and prefer to win a corner rather than get a cross into the box. Shame really. If he took a more positive attitude and sought to beat a player and/or slung a cross into the box, you never know what may happen [Post edited 25 Aug 16:21]

Stainrod's Elbow was pretty much gunning for Marti for the whole of the second half of last season. If he had his way, Marti would have been sacked at Xmas. I therefore wouldn't take too much notice |

I stand by my comments. If either of these players come good I'll eat my hat. Not sure Celar even realised he was on a football pitch and was supposed to move around a bit. One of the worst QPR debuts I have witnessed (although at least not as bad as Gus Caesar I guess, but only because he did absolutely nothing, zero, zilch.).
Let's hope we manage to get someone in on loan, otherwise the most of the goals will need to come from our midfielders and defenders again

If Frey and Celar are the answer, then the wrong question has been asked. They both look awful (Frey just carrying on from last season, but goodness knows where Celar thought he was yesterday, because he clearly didn't realise he was on a football pitch and was supposed to move around a bit) [Post edited 11 Aug 8:12]
