I'd be very surprised if we figured in any more TV games this season (beyond the red button midweek ones). |

Kelman another case of a player who by not playing games for QPR only gets better! I mean if he does come back to us and start scoring goals I'd be delighted, but I'm not holding my breath. |

Funny how our win rate is so low, with so many refs. Or is it that in general, QPR struggle to win football matches? |

In the Premier League yes (although they've been found wanting this season, not helped by the Rodri injury and recruitment not being as strong). But there's no reason why EFL teams have to adopt the same system just because it's fashionable. It's coming to something as time goes on that I'm actually admiring Portsmouth's approach! |

Why is it that for like the last five years, every summer is a 'big summer'? Are we just not very good at contract management and every year we have a shed load of players coming out of contract? (slightly rhetorical question) I've no doubt in the ten games remaining Marti will do his best to keep the players honest, but with the loanees and the out of contract players I think the beach towels and whiff of factor 30 will be coming into play. |

Just because City have played great football under Guardiola doesn't mean every single English football team should play the same way (nearly all with less talented personnel), there are other ways to play football which can be equally effective. And as a professional footballer it doesn't matter what age you are, given you train every day you should be looking to improve yourself with the help of your coaching staff (I mean I think that's what they're there for?). |

Yeah fair point Saturday was not the game for him to come on - does better when defences are pushing up and he has space to work with. Usually he is a handy option off the bench, but probably no more than that. |

Oh calm down dear. Er yeah surely Taarabt is in that number 10 bracket, maybe Buzsacky as well? |

Well I looked at our starting line up against that West Brom team of giants, and was fairly sure we wouldn't be getting anything from the game. And yes facking Guardiola has a lot to answer for, with our constant passing out the back, you are allowed to mix it up, if there's a bit of pace up front get the ball forward early, ask some questions of their defence. Look at Portsmouth, they're in your face, they get the ball high up the pitch and see how you like it; seems to have worked well for them. Chair - I like him as a player, I'm glad he's ours, but he just doesn't seem to be developing or looking to improve himself. I don't know why that is (and I hate to say it but just like a couple of seasons back, we had a great run of results without him but when he came back into the team results tanked again - is that just an unfortunate coincidence?) Boro away tomorrow night, even with a fit actual striker that is going to be a struggle; which brings us to game three of the week and Leeds at home, even if they are at the start of another hilarious choke I don't think we currently have the wherewithal to get anything from that game. I'm just managing expectations here, I would love to be proved wrong! [Post edited 10 Mar 10:20]

Hmmm true, I've always enjoyed whisky, got a few nice bottles of single malt, suddenly it's not tasting as good as it used to. |

They've been mucking around there for a while - that A3 junction was closed the weekend of the Pompey game which didn't help the drive down much. |

Ah sorry to hear that. It took me about a year to adjust but I quite enjoyed it on the whole. I was there 1990-95. |

Latymer playing fields are still there right? I thought for years they were on the cards for some kind of sale / development. |
