If we win tomorrow night - the pressure will ease for Luke and Andy in the very short term.
If we beat Sheffield United and Norwich - they will soon forget about Cardiff.

Potential signings with their agents will be examining Swansea very closely at the moment. We are stuck in a rut and players like Low may now decide to avoid us.

Are we really surprised at the poor recruitment?

Paul Watson said there was no structure or process in place when he joined the club. That has to be the responsibility of the owners.

Watson has left and not been replaced.
And the signings made under Watson - quite a few have to prove themselves and time is running out.

Dan James.....

His failed departure to Leeds in January 2019 sums how chaotic the club was being run. A former chairman having to turn his mobile phone off to prevent a poor deal being agreed.

Are we shocked we are in the mess we are in now....?

I would be amazed if this is not turned down this week. And when it is - we need to move on and move on quickly.

We need to move on and the club needs to concentrate on the "now".
A few big weeks ahead but well done to Andy C for agreeing to join the Trust AGM forum in mid-February.

There have been so many poor decisions on and off the pitch over the last 10 years is it no wonder we are in this current situation.
I am not convinced changing the manager is the solution.
You could put Pep/Klopp/Sir Alex in charge and they would struggle with this team.

Why haven't we appointed an (experienced) sporting director?

As the Guardian reported - the FA could block the idea as early as next week.

The club should focus on more important matters - in the short term how do we get out of this rut.

Why were there so many empty seats and tiers?

And I saw the protest - 100 fans at best?

Cardiff are not in a position to ever judge Swansea for one simple reason - you went from blue to red..... it was the day you lost your identity.

I just cannot see how we can afford to pay Luke and his team off.
And can we pay compensation to yet another club if we go for someone currently in a job (because they are doing something correct).

If I was Coleman, tomorrow morning I would ask
Luke - what is his plan to get us out of this rut?
Ken - where is the winning mentality across the club.

We seem to be leaderless on and off the pitch which is a concern.

Just got back.

The second half performance was unacceptable.

Not much else to say where the opposition were average at best.

I think the time could have been better spent over the last few months with focus on the team in the Championship and how the club can move forward without this distraction.

Maybe if the club had appointed an experienced director of football then Luke wouldn't need to be doing all this travelling?

If Sunday is a "day off" for the players then I don't think it is a big deal. If we end up signing better defenders from his visit on Sunday then I can't see there being too many complaints.

Chris Davies is another manager who seems to be doing well and I am sure he has turned us down on a number of occasions.
