One of the most arrogant individuals we have had to suffer. The damage he leaves behind will take a long time to rectify. I have no doubt due to a decent pension he will not feel the pain of cost of living increases that the majority of us will. I hope it’s the last we’ve seen and heard from this clown for ever. |

Limited understanding of the Justice System here….but how are these numbers regarding custodial sentencing arrived at? If it’s based on measuring an equal number of criminals regarding their ethnicity and ethnic minorities who allegedly get a greater sentence versus Caucasian then surely the sentencing judge is the one who should be held to account. |

Same here. I did know someone who converted to electric radiators…spent a fortune converting back to gas after the first winter….and bill! Heat pumps may be good for new builds with walls and ceilings about three foot thick with insulated materials. To me however it is yet another Govt con along the lines of gas is best for heating and less polluting…diesel is the best fuel compared to petrol etc. |

The majority of houses in the UK require electric. When it comes to heating however, the majority I imagine use gas but the customer has a choice here by switching to electric heating….solar or even heat pumps. So…when it comes to raising tax which source do you think the Govt would choose? |

He probably will as he’s the cheapest option. He’s off to the best start possible after reading the reports and comments on here. He had a game plan and it worked….plus a different team turned up and bought into it. Looking forward to PNE game Tuesday. Can’t remember saying that for a while! |

I’m not sure if Taylor Swift freebies come under cronyism or alleged corruption. VIP lane included? |

Are you saying at this moment in time EU is united? Really? Brexit threw the light on accountability of our politicians….and they are truly woeful with nowhere to hide. The same can be said with Trump basically with drawing US support for Europe which is again high lighting the total incompetence of Brussels. |

Thoroughly agree with your observations. Industry has to shoulder much of the blame through an unwillingness to train employees whether that be through apprenticeships or other means. They always view short term gains for profits and not the long term view. The NHS as you pointed out requires basically everyone who has some form of medical training….and then we allow…and I mean allow Cardiff University to threaten the Senedd with the closure of the nurses training arm if they do not give them tax payers money. Whoever is responsible for that idea should be brought into the public eye and not hide behind a report. |

It worries me that out of a current population of approx 68 million people we appear to have to rely on immigration to keep the UK functional. |

It’s a sign of our times unfortunately. There has been so many cases and accusations in female football I genuinely believe they should be independent of male culture, sponsorship or anything to do with men. It’s got to that stage. |

Peter Perry CEO £322000 wages in 2022….. he probably thinks he’s doing a sterling job. Why has there been a lack of political will to control these companies. Why? I wonder when the I won’t pay movement will start….and will we even hear about it. |
