I have finally solved the problem! With the steady increase of large high rise buildings in the area with no mention of light loss in the surrounding areas, the answer to our conundrum became both logical and obvious. We use the existing footprint, possibly the Jack Tizard school too, and build a Burj Khalifa style pair of tower blocks and balance the new Matrade Loftus Road stadium atop the buildings with a retractable roof and safety netting all round. Dedicated high capacity elevators for each stand, independent services to the stadium and a unique view over London for non football usage purposes.
