Has Ben had a chance with JJ and JDG?

| Did you see that ludicrous display last night? |

Indeed, has a cracking shot on him and most premiership teams are clearly well briefed to not allow him to cut inside whenever possible. We can be certain there's serious interest in him with us extending his contract and I'm sure any potential buyout clause would be set way higher than £10M ffs. Had Baines even played a premiership match 9 years ago when he was 20?

Realistically on 20:48 - Dec 24 with 3101 views | Chief | the original poster hasn't a clue, apart from maybe shaw, davies is the best left back under 23 in the league. we injuries all over out starting eleven, but yeah lets flog one of our shining lights and relatively least injury prone players next month.

Realistically on 21:16 - Dec 24 with 3052 views | hazdazmaz | 1) I said that I would SETTLE for 10m 2) He has never scored a free kick so how can you say he has that attribute when it has never been proven 3) The shaw comparison you may compare him to shaw but shaw is only 17 when I last checked and also Ben is overlooked as shaw is quite a big personality so there is much more speculation and hype around him 4) You are all more than welcome to come back to me when we get more than 10m for him

1) why does our left back have to take free kicks just because everton's does. 2) why don't we just keep him?

Realistically on 14:23 - Dec 25 with 2574 views | borinifanclub | What a sado idea........Ben is the future captain of the Swans and Wales...and you want to sell him....hope santa brings you a brain as you need a new one son He reads the game so well and knows instinctively when to go forward and when to stay back. he will only get better and is already one of the best in the prem he is twice as good as taylor in my opinion

who would make us? The club is financially sure and doesn't need to sell. Ben already stated several times that Swansea is where he wants to be, as he was a fan of the club before he became a football player. What's up with the need for some people to think that as soon as we got a decent player/manager it means that the person in question would want to leave at first chance? Not much you guys think of the club if you think people are in such a hurry to leave it?

I think that there are some things about Swansea fans that the rest of us will just never understand. p.s. If we were to sell him, could we possibly replace him with that money for a player of his calibre, his instinctive and thorough understanding of our way of playing, and his faithfulness to the Swans? Yeah, stupid question, I know, but apparently the OP hasn't considered it.
