Best Football Films 19:48 - Dec 15 with 5149 views | mikehunt | Seeing as it is coming up to the screening of 'that' film again I thought I would ask: What is your favourite football film? Or film with football predominantly in it. Might ask Santa for any good 'uns. I can only think of The Football Manager and I saw a Disney one about a kid's soccer team in USA. Although you could have transposed any of the American sports into the film it still held my attention. No idea what it was called though.

Football Factory??? FFS.. Next you'll be saying that Danny Dyer deserved a BAFTA for his role in it! Mike Bassett England Manager is an ace film, 'they did it in 74 , 1990 and they're at it again, Scotland losing to Ethiopia'.

Mike Bassett tv series was very funny, also ITV did a one off comedy called 'Bostocks Cup' which I remember was really good also. The tv adaptation of the play "an evening with Gary Lineker" is worth a watch also.
