Why start games like a drain. Why faff about at the back . Why have Grimes acting as a centre back

He proved today he can be effective in the opponents box. He should concentrate on that and leave our defenders to defend . They are ok
He is the coach’s conduit on the field of play. Ergo,he shoulders responsibility .

The thing is, both of the big misses today would have been put away in a training environment 10/10. They just lack confidence and each miss knocks them that little bit more. They’re capable but lack whatever makes them ruthless. | |

Fans have to be patient with these young players. This is the club strategy. Bring in undercooked young prospects cheaply and develop them. Bianchini is at least getting into scoring positions every week of the bench. Cullen and Cooper were given three of four years before hitting their straps this season.
If Williams is a decent coach all these players will improve. Swansea very rarely scores from headed chances. It is leaving point behind every week.. |  |

In fact we weren't creating much at all.
Now we are creating good chances but we are not putting them away.
Let's try and be more positive. This is by far a better feeling around the squad with this situation.

Cullen is ok as a backup Vipotnic to static.
The starting 11 needs a major overhaul our full backs / wing backs play to high that's because the widemen bar Ronald in flashes are ineffective.
You slate Grimes for not getting further up the pitch but he is a CDM same as Franco.
Its unfair to constantly slag the same players off every week.
You need to show some balance and some positivity when it's due.
