In response to the Half-Decent TV thread, how about one for fans of audio?

Kicking off (pun intended) with this archive programme from 1996 going out tomorrow on BBC Radio 4 Extra, about the then QPR women's side.

Also glued to Ron Wilson's gardening show, broadcasting out of Cincinnatti, Ohio on Saturday mornings, perfect pre match listening.

I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue. It's still a good giggle after all these years.

I've only dipped into that, randomly when it happened to be on while I was driving, but the bits I heard were fascinating.

Best thing ever on the radio for me was Hancock's Half Hour. The BBC in its infinite wisdom “wiped” many of the episodes but loads remain.
Every now and then, a lost episode comes to light. Usually someone's clearing out an attic and find a tape recorder on which uncle Fred has recorded an episode from the radio.
These are cleaned up and released on CD. One such is being released in October - A Trip To Swansea which has Harry Secombe as a guest.

Full disclosure - I'm mates with the writer and lead, but a new sit con set in a charity just dropped on BBC radio called Do Gooders with Faye Ripley and Frank Skinner. I went to a couple of the episodes being recorded and its very funny
