All the allegations are well founded, and I suggest you read into it more. Hand-picked prosecutors: Surely, the prosecution takes place where the law is alleged to have been broken, so it's not as your suggest?
As for the judges, I'm not familiar with how each of the jurisdictions undertake its presiding procedures, and merely because Trump moans about the judges, it doesn't mean he's right.
Juries are selected by normal procedures, for which both parties are free to accept or reject prospective jurors.
The evidence against him in the Georgia case looks particularly damming. The implications of which are beyond serious for which, if found guilty, they should not be quashed by immunity. Ever. |  |

I agree but if he takes office again they will be. However, I feel that the Supreme Court decision, almost certainly designed to protect him if he gets back in is actually going to be his undoing. At this point Clive it’s impossible to smear Deutsche as the SEC absolutely eviscerated them for their lack of compliance, fraudulent accounting and outright criminality in regards Monte dei Paschi. Having copped to an enormous fine and blaming it all on Mitchell, Jain, Broeksmit and Roberts - who all had the benefit of being dead - it wouldn’t have been a great look for Deutsche to openly say ‘yeah we just let Trump do what he wanted as we loved the millions of $ in commissions we got’.
However even if Deutsche really *did* do their due diligence and felt the loans were fairly valued, it’s irrelevant as Trump lied on the applications therefore committing a crime.
In Stormy Daniels, paying her off was 100% not a crime, just as cheating on your post partum wife is *not* a crime. Listing the payoff as ‘legal expenses’ however *is* a crime.
Equally the fact that Michael Cohen is a disgraced felon himself in this case is completely irrelevant as a jury of Trumps peers, which included people who follow him on Truth Social, and which his legal team signed off on found Cohen more believable than Trumps defence and voted guilty unanimously on all counts……

There's definitely something off there; so if there's any conspiracy at all, it's to assassinate Trump, not something Trump has staged (FFS!) to gain more votes. I have already stated earlier in this thread why there is no conspiracy, and it's just sheer incompetence.
I have to ask: Do you fear that there is nothing that you can do right now to stop the incompetence, which is why you hold onto some sort of conspiracy angle somewhere? So, you can make some sort of sense of this senseless act of terror?
Do you get upset that to stop the incompetence, it actually takes time and real policies being really implemented and backed up with quality work which is why you avoid accepting that once again this will take time and at the moment you could be in a tragic situation you can do nothing about such volient senseless acts?
People it seems must find reason in madness, must have some sort of angle, yet sometimes it is just complete incompetence on the part of the authorities when one of the many nutters slips through and we see this time and again in broken systems.
Now of course politicos will make fast work of such a situation, that's different, but this does not mean to say at the time it was just stupid people screwing up ... as per usual.
As I stated before there are much easier ways and cleverer ways to conceal a conspiracy to bump Trump off and get away with it and still win the election for the Democrats. Similarly there are better ways for Trump to rile his base to win the election, for example framing a high ranking Democrat as a pedo and bumping them off. Or bumping off one of his relatives if he was unaware of any secret plan himself.
