Exclusive @kmedia.ch Michi Frey will bounce back in England! The 29-year-old Swiss striker is expected to join Queens Park Rangers (22nd Championship) very soon.
The Münsingen native is currently having a white season at the Royal Antwerp club. Under the colors of the Belgian club, Switzerland, however, scored 33 goals in 69 games.
In England, the former Young Boys player will discover his 6th championship.

It sounds like he had a good start to last season, scored 7 in 14. Schalke wanted him so he went on strike to force a move. Schalke got relegated, decided to not buy him so his club Antwerp were stuck with him.
Edit: Also to point out, Schalke got relegated while Antwerp won their first championship in 60 years! haha
Looks like he might intimidate a few academy developed centre halves.
Bar this season, his goal scoring record looks pretty good, tbf.
His current circumstances and number of past clubs might perhaps indicate he is not “the right sort” but beggars can’t be choosers. Having a mental, egotistical, bald Unit up top might not be a bad thing.

Yeh the circumstances we're shopping in is very much John Candy's $4 and a Casio rather than Steve Martin's $17 and a nice watch.
