Millwall Away - Not Sold Out 15:33 - Sep 16 with 35702 views | ParkRoyalR | Warburton and this team deserve our support on Saturday. I appreciate our away form has been dire for the last 5 seasons but other than cost, can't see many excuses for not selling out an away game less than hour away on the tube. Being kept in for 15 / 20 minutes after final whistle is'nt the greatest inconvenience. COYR's.

Good on you, but I'm over being treated like a Nazi evacuee by the police and acting as target practice for the local neanderthals.

Same. Been a few times but no more for me - dehumanising and depressing experience.

Millwall Away - Not Sold Out on 16:02 - Sep 16 with 10852 views | Northernr | Yeh I'm going, four of us, but most of our group won't go any more. Kept in a cage and pelted with coins for up to an hour after the match, then all shovelled at once onto a tiny platform where people fight each other get on the first train, all so Millwall can say "look how low our arrest stats are" at the end of each season. Agree it would be a shame if we didn't sell the allocation though, given how we're playing.

No, you're not selling it to me Clive!
Millwall Away - Not Sold Out on 16:12 - Sep 16 with 10792 views | JJB | £29 notes isn't cheap either to suffer that kinda carry on but we are playing so well, its in London and drinks in London Bridge before hand is always pleasant, plus the sun will be out too. I will be there with my 3 sons and other QPR pals, really looking forward to it.. [Post edited 16 Sep 2019 16:12]

Millwall Away - Not Sold Out on 17:03 - Sep 16 with 10584 views | runningman75 | Unfortunately Saturday is the wife's birthday. I did offer to take her on a romantic train journey to South East London but she told me where to go .

You are kept in for up to one hour, herded to the train station, kept waiting on a packed platform then greeted by their idiots at London Bridge. When last we went they very kindly announced that if we wished to leave with 25 minutes of the game to go that would be ok. Failure to comply would mean the aforementioned wait. Got home close to midnight. It's just not a good day out and the three of us who would normally go will not. Away season ticket holder and advised box office why we did not want to go.

Last season they let everyone out at the same time because of train problems. No restrictions no trouble at all.

Just out of interest Clive what happens if you are not going to the station? (i.e. you have a car in the area or going by bus)? I was going to walk up to Bermondsey tube - are you suggesting that there is no choice other than to be herded by the police? Anyway, have ticket (as you can see from my questions it's my first attempt at a Millwall away fixture - they have generally been midweek in the past few seasons.

Millwall Away - Not Sold Out on 17:26 - Sep 16 with 10460 views | Colinr | If that is repeated on Saturday it would be great. Already being swayed as do not like to miss games. Sadly, I suspect last year was a one off due to the trains. It really should not be such a problem. With the set up they have it would be very easy to disperse the away fans first. They chose not to however.
Millwall Away - Not Sold Out on 17:26 - Sep 16 with 10459 views | stevec | Will be vacating a plane in the South of France around kick off time, so not complaining. However, I genuinely enjoy a trip to Millwall, love the theatricals of their 'hardcore' to the left waving their arms about in mock anger and calling us out. Even the old bill play along, with a soundtrack of barking dogs you never actually see. Surprised Andrew Lloyd Webber hasn't turned it into a west end musical. If you get the chance, get along there, take a few pictures and give them a wave. They love it.

Millwall Away - Not Sold Out on 17:38 - Sep 16 with 10400 views | barbicanranger | Hopefully people will jump on board after the weekend and during the week. It's a pain of a fixture to go to considering it should be local.
Millwall Away - Not Sold Out on 17:44 - Sep 16 with 10381 views | daveB | yeah they deserve our support but not everyone can afford away games and Millwall away is a complete pain and a diabolical experience regardless of how well or badly the team are doing

You wouldn’t be the first to be herded to London Bridge and then needing to get a train back to Bermondsey afterwards My advice would be park up round London Bridge or Borough and go with it. It’s changed massively round there but I used to park in Shand Street when driving to midweeks there. Had a little advantage as that’s where my office was!!! I’m going this Saturday but only as my resolve broken. I did say I’d never enter that racist shizenhole again but a sunny day round Borough too good to miss. Come on CroydonCapt, you know you wanna!!!

Millwall Away - Not Sold Out on 21:44 - Sep 16 with 9660 views | CiderwithRsie | I've gotta say that the fact that there are people on this thread seriously saying that they can't resist going to Milwall because of the way the team is playing is about the biggest endorsement Warburton could have. Fair play to you all and not a word of criticism for those who've had enough crap.

I’m going, but my biggest worry isn’t the agro it’s Barbet getting slapped about by a motivated Matt Smith!
