not backtracking at all you, i think a person is a child until they turn 18, i think 16 is too young for the sex age as the children are not mature enough. Not sure what i'm supposed to be backtracking on. I joined the military at 17 1/2 years old and needed my parents permission as they were still my legal guardian until i turned 18 in the eyes of the law | |
