Tonight, near the Stade de France where the French are hosting the Germans. Sounds like carnage

That's only one inside page.

Sincere apologies to all that watched the inappropriate clip I put up last night.
No excuses...it was wrong, we all make errors of judgment at times of anger, and this certainly was one of mine.

Many thanks to the mods for it's swift removal.

Well spotted.

I'm assuming that before the authorities put it away as evidence, they didn't think to photograph each individual page to satisfy the planetswans masses.

I actually thought you were entirely justified in posting it up, Flash. Evil is just an abstract idea until people confront it head-on.

You've nothing to apologise for.

An idea isn't responsible for those who believe in it.

So still no evidence or quotes to support the case that the passport was "fully intact".

To be honest I felt sick watching it.......even though people should be made aware of just how utterly evil these people are, and not only the ones that are actually committing these barbaric murders, but the seemingly normal ones milling around filming it as if the public execution was some sort of side show, and not an act of gross brutality carried out by fanatical maniacs in the name their own religion of Islam, it beggars belief that some of which may be walking our streets soon, if they not already are.

Having said that, it was inappropriately graphic and I do understand why it could/would shock and offend people, and that is not, or never has been my intention since I joined this site.
Whilst I sincerely appreciate your support of my actions, I do not retract my apology.

Fair point, I apologise that my previous statement was incorrect.

It has been stated however that the the passport was "relatively intact".

Would you not think that, considering the page shown is laiminated, and that that it has just been (presumably) at the epicentre of an explosion, that it's in remarkably good nick?

Not really.

Surprising what can survive close to a bomb.

IIRC an actual suicide bomber survived for days.

Could have been inside a pocket giving it even more protection.

I'm not an explosives expert but I would imagine that the vest would be designed to explode outwards, which would probably rip all the limbs off but leave the torso relatively intact. Bit like the bit of the firework that falls back to earth despite the explosion.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

Hope they were confronted and contained then cautioned and a negotiator called in and force used as a last resort only.

Because that is how the likes of corbyn and his followers would like to see them dealt with.

One suspect apparently detonated a bomb.

Clearly those brutish French security service / police people need sensitivity training due to forcing the poor woman into killing herself to prevent rendition.

Or something.

You don't half like making things up to suit your argument do you?

I'm 100% sure that you won't find anyone, Corbyn supporter or not, who wouldn't happily have the police blow a terrorists head clean off his shoulders if he was causing a direct threat to innocent bystanders.

Are yous serious that CORBYN would not agonise about taking these people out.

He said he would have difficulty with "shoot to kill" on the streets".

With respect (get that) to defend this guy is what is to be expected from his followers

The ISIS statement made me get really angry. Referring to the gunmen as "Brothers", calling the French president an "Imbecile", then saying the locations were randomly picked and this is only the start.

Just who the f*ck do they think they are!!?. Pathetic made-up de facto country with an equally horrible flag. Then there's those who self-proclaim it, hope they are all wiped out and have a bullet put through each of their heads!.

Where do you stand as regards, "why should we kill people to show killing people is wrong".

We failed to beat al Qaeda and now we failing to beat IS.

Except I haven't actually got personal have I? I was merely pointing out that you've completely made something up to suit an argument. A bit like you going on about people on this forum advocating an open door policy too immigrants, with barely any checks. Something that absolutely nobody was advocating, despite you repeating it ad infinitum.

Would you be happy to see a repeat of the Jean Charles de Menezez situation where armed forces can seemingly shoot a person dead, simply on the basis that they think he may be a terrorist? I can't say I'd feel particularly comfortable knowing that the police in this country would have the power to do things like that as they see fit.

I'll let the man himself clear it up for you anyway, taken from Jeremy Corbyn's Facebook Page ( https://www.facebook.com/Jeremy-Corbyn-330250343871/?fref=ts).....

"It is right that we are reflecting on the appalling attacks in Paris and how we agree an effective international response. That needs to focus on negotiating a comprehensive settlement of the Syrian civil war through the United Nations, which is the only way to end the threat from ISIS.

That is the serious challenge facing us all. I am therefore disappointed that comments I made yesterday in regard to a "shoot to kill" policy have been taken out of context and have distracted from this discussion.

Nonetheless, I would like to clarify my position. As we have seen in the recent past, there are clear dangers to us all in any kind of shoot to kill policy. And we must ensure that terrorist attacks are not used to undermine the very freedoms and legal protections we are determined to defend.

But of course I support the use of whatever proportionate and strictly necessary force is required to save life in response to attacks of the kind we saw in Paris."

TOMMY

No more than you do.

I do know that ourt police have to jump through many hoops to fire weapons and if death results its a major enquiry.

I would suggest we send in our SAS ,Yanks and Russian marines to eliminate IS one by one and to simply evaporate them. No announcing of any deaths ,no media circus, no funerals. We have guys able and willing to do this but we are ,seemingly, infested with people who have human rights (for the wrong people) as their priority.

This is war not a game, in war good people die- always have, its how things are. This society of ours has forgotten the sacrifices people have made for our freedom .

We have to fight THEM not each other .

WE CAN DO IT SO LETS GET ON WITH IT AND NOT WORRY ABOUT HOW, because while we re agonising more will die.
