I honestly think the FA haven't taken any action against Cahill due to Mourinho's mind games; constantly stating there's a conspiracy against his team. They bottled it, and Jose will consider his job done.

Wayne Routledge red card recinded on 20:46 - Jan 2 with 2298 views | Edmundo | Are they going to retrospectively banning half the friggin Qpr team then? Looks embarrassing now that we have had two reds rescinded and should have had a third with Fabs card.
| Swansea City-Officially the best football team in Wales-FACT |

I agree.....and I think its about time that the Cartoon faced Officials rep now calls them in and tell them to wise up or get replaced by those who can do the job , whether or not they roll their trousers up or not!

Theres actually a very good point somewhere in there! Obviously, the linesman and Ref missed the Green handball (let's be honest here, they could never say they saw it and decided to take no action could they). Therefore, why isn't Green facing a retrosoective ban for deliberate handball?

aren't retrospectives only for violence? (I don't know the answer to that)

That's what I thought too. In any case, I'm not sure if I'd want him banned retrospectively for that, as it'll only help any teams they play against rather than the Swans. If it'd have been for violent conduct I beleieve that's a different thing. If we started analysing every handball, minor foul etc., the game would be ruined. That said I do think there should be a citing commissioner for diving and simulation who would act retrospectively.

Wayne Routledge red card recinded on 20:14 - Jan 2 by A_Fans_Dad | Possibly an even worse decision for "Football" is that Cahill has got off. What kind of message does that send to the players, the fans and the rest of the footballing world about the state of UK football? |
Routs' card being rescinded may also be related...conspiracy much? What a relief and a surprise anyway.
| Joe_bradshaw -I thought the cryochamber was the new name for Cardiff's stadium.

Wayne Routledge red card recinded on 19:35 - Jan 2 by macthejack | More concerned about the linesman, silly twunt who missed the Green handball and this: All in the space of 3 days. Shouldn't be allowed to officiate a premier league game for a long time, clearly not good enough. |
Harry Hill saw it! | |

Wayne Routledge red card recinded on 23:29 - Jan 2 with 1914 views | QuakerJack | Posted it on another thread: too little too late. Who's going to give us the two additional points we'd probably have gotten if Green had been sent off? This will happen again before the end of January, mark my words. Wonder if any other teams have had two reds rescinded in the same season?

Wayne Routledge red card recinded on 09:01 - Jan 3 with 1732 views | felixstowe_jack | The Argument is ended. The Referee did not see anything wrong and the Assistant Referee needs a visit to Specsavers as clearly what he thought he saw did not happen. No Retrospective action against Rob Green though funny that. Wayne Routledge: Swansea City midfielder has red card overturned Swansea City midfielder Wayne Routledge has won his appeal against a red card he received in the 1-1 draw at Queens Park Rangers on New Year's Day. The 29-year-old was dismissed four minutes from time for his reaction to a challenge by Karl Henry that went unpunished by referee Anthony Taylor.

I'm pretty sure that retrospective action can only be taken for serious foul play and violent conduct. " No Retrospective action against Rob Green though funny that. "
Wayne Routledge red card recinded on 09:09 - Jan 3 with 1720 views | felixstowe_jack | Was only joking when I hinted Rob Green should be banned for his hand ball seems they have different Laws for the London Club.. The West Ham forward punches the ball past FAB and Fab gets sent off. I must stop going to away matches.
