I did not see the game yestaerday (was in Prague), but it seems Swansea are back again. This season is not that bad, but I guess most people will remember it as a confusing and unpretty season. |

I think Aspas was second choice after Aubameyang... |

That's when You compare to ML most difficult period with the team. Anyway Swansea was never so low in the league under Laudrup, and were still in two cups, and then there was the first year with Laudrup... |

Seriously? I have got one of the educations through DBU, and it learned me a lot. To me the education in Denmark gave me a lot, and I am totally different coach now compared to before. Our coaches teached us a lot of small details that could come in hand, when You teach a player (for instance how to run when youre team have a throw in). Technically the coaches gave us a lot of advices that You could give on to players (for instance what to think about when making your first touch). The next step (that I stille haven't got) is more about tactic. I think if You listen at those educations, You can learn a lot. |

I have never seen that before, so that is a little odd. I think he did that because he was really dissapointed about being sacked, because he wanted to stay. I also think he did that to defend himself from all the accusions regarding him being a manager who makes troubles everwhere he goes. He wanted to explain himself. I believe him. I guess You don't, but no one of us knows how it really was... |

Maybe that is right, but I just can't see the ego. I have read a lot of interviews from Brøndby players who had him as a coach, when he was in charge there. They were succesfull under him, and the players praise his coaching style. I have always thought Michael was a calm person, but not an ego. Anyway I can see why that could be a problem, when players can't get along. Anyway I just think it is weird to call him an ego. Then You have to explain why... [Post edited 15 Apr 2014 19:35]

Laudrup an ego? No way! He was probably too relaxed, but that is just his personality. I am convinced he and his staff was good, when it comes to tactic and training, but I also think they were not good at handling player problems like this. Anyway the players really should be more professionel about all this. |

Routs and Hernandez also played well under Laudrup. Maybe not each time, but that is the way it also is now. JDG has improved a lot though. People forget the good games under Laudrup although he had problems during all the injuries and problems between the players. I don't think it really is a question about Laudrup or Monk, but a problem between the players in the squad. |

This might be the real problem this year - players not comming along. |

This season the failure was to sack Laudrup IMO. They could have found a new manager by the end of the season, if things were bad between the manager and the players. Anyway most of this season has not been anything like the last two years. Maybe it is just 3rd season syndrom. [Post edited 13 Apr 2014 21:52]
