Yeah but the difference is Swindon were 2-1 up in the 95th minute and one of the swindon players sat down 'due to an injury'. Don't believe for a second that wasn't intended to time waste as I doubt the DiCanio incident was anything but a genuine injury
One of my housemates wants Bury to stay down so he can have a close away day if his team (Orient) go down which is likely while I want them to come up. I just went upstairs chanting Up the shakers.
I'm gonna dress up for the beach cos I think it's a great idea although I'll be pretty devastated if I end up standing in a crowd of pinkpanters come Sunday xD
I saw this question kind of on Twitter and it made me think a bit, who's had the bigger or more shocking drop out of the two, I personally think Tranmere as they were top of L1 in January 2013 and now they're out of the football league but I wanted to see what some others think out of the two
They were charging Enfield Town for fielding an illegible player whom played two matches when he was supposed to be suspended, Enfield reported to the FA that they could not have known about his suspensions because his former club (whom he just joined from) made mistakes when reporting his suspension. FA accepted that Enfield Town were not responsible and dropped them and requested he not play for the next two matches, which they followed.
4 months later the club and the player are charged and Enfield Town could be docked 3 points with no explanation.
Good good, I didn't see any subs saying he's been brought on so I started to worry that Hilly's gone on another bizarre positioning rampage by putting someone else in net
Chesterfield have to play Oldham and Bristol City, both hard games and can easily drop points. Sheffield United have to play Bradford and orient who will be fighting for survival, easier but we might get lucky. We should beat Gillingham on Saturday, definitely need to beat Orient and then MK Dons will be a tough game where we can hopefully get something out of it.
Chesterfield face Sheffield United on the final day which is definitely a great match for us in this situation.
I feel like I'm the only optimistic Rochdale fan at the moment
If you look on their forum all the Vale fans or at least the ones who are very verbal seem to want Page to be sacked and to be honest I don't blame them. They had 0 fooking shots on target, definitely weren't playing to be entertaining or even for the points and they're now on like a 6 loss streak and face a scrap at the bottom. Then to top it all off he comes out with this utter nonsense?
Won't it be to cover the expenses of having to sell them? From a financial point of view is selling away tickets actually beneficial to a club unless they did, they'd have to pay for staff (maybe even more hours needed if it's a big away game) and not gaining income from it.
