Agree with this.
The squad is extremely limited indeed. I fear, barring the miracle of finding a couple of strikers for peanuts, we're not going anywhere any time soon.
Another re-building job this Summer. Another few Madsens, Andersens and Ashbys incoming no doubt 🤦♂️.........but let's hope not......

None of our strikers are good enough, so we're always going to struggle for goals. We're also ropey at the back and prone to individual errors. We're going nowhere for the foreseeable. This is our lot.

She was slaughtered. She should just admit it, along with admitting that she chucked the race card in to try to detract from what they did to the taxi when lashed up (which backfired when the policeman arrested her for chucking it in). ^ This. Baiscally those with parachute payments can throw money around like confetti (JD won't get anywhere near a Prem game if they get promoted, and it's even questionable that he'll play much for them in the Champ, so the reality is they're largely just chucking away £2m plus significant wages) whilst the rest beg, steal and borrow. The money ruined the top division long ago. It's now close to ruining division 2. [Post edited 31 Jan 12:00]

This. Rarely do footballers support the club they play for. Whilst they may have a big soft spot for the club they play for, at the end of the day it's still a job for them and they will view their employer (the club) in very much the same way in which any of us would view any of our employers. I was very fond of a couple of the employers I worked for in my 20s. I still left for more money and opportunities for career progression though...... [Post edited 24 Jan 16:17]

Would love to win the Championship, then stay in the Champtionship and defend our title as Champions of the Football League. That would be my ideal scenario (no Prem to get promoted to, with the Champ being the top division for Football League clubs) |

What's he supposed to do? Not hit it back at the keeper, that's what. If he hits that straight in front of him towards the bottom rigjt hand corner then the keeper has no chance. It's a very poor effort and very big miss that.

Heard from various sources that Kelman was the best finisher at the club. However, he didn't look much use when he got some 1st XI game time. Hopefully the loan has done him the world of good |

Yeo, was very unlucky with one of them. On another day, both go in. There is definitely something there with this lad. Clearly very passionate and hard working. He could turn out to be a very good player for us if he keeps that raw enthusiasm and hard work going. Well done Alfie, keep it going lad 👏 |
