Went to Christopher Wren, in the late 50's and early 60's. One of the Wrens old boys, designed, the South Africa Road Stand.

Who is our goalkeeping coach, Nardi has to be told, to come off his line.
While Cook is a decent captain, he can't jump for headers, to save his life.
We have better individual players, but ain't a good team. |

I was there as well, it was the worst football moment, ever.
Poor Martin, never recovered, from that, behind tackle, by PW. Although Martin did play again, he was never the same again.
My best moment, was when we won the league cup, 1967, at Wembley. |

We are playing ok, but obviously, individual errors have cost us dearly.
Still that doesn't hide the fact, we need a goalscorer.
Why we let a centre forward, with no goals and no confidence, take the penalty?

I remember, from the late 50's, we were playing, Wrexham. They had a goal keeper called,, Ugolini. Well, we had a centre forward, called, George Whitelaw, who was a brute, of a player. I remember, Ugolini, turned around and said to us, what do they feed him on, raw meat. I don't think, George, lasted that long, with us? |

Trying to play open, expansive football, with the players we have, won't work.
