The current war in Y Ukraine is being won with technology , technology that the Russians can only dream of m You want to compare the US /UK fighting in Iraq & Afghan ,just remember the 70 early 80s when Russia was humiliated and had to retreat from Afghanistan
No one including yourself can only guess the outcome of any war with Russia when it fought with boots on g the ground but so far the estimates are that they've lost nearly 1/2 of a million in their current conflict , that number against as you've said yourself many times Ukraines forces which are no match for Ivan and yet you believe a combined Nato force containing of 2.6 million of Americans alone.are no match.. In all of this noise the fact is we've had 3 managers in 3 years and with it a decline in the standard of the squad .What I'd like is someone who v can stabilise the Club in terms of firstly league position , C/ship mid table, then a Manager who can develop players and who is tactically aware and not looking for the next payout. A Board who have and show ambition within the Clubs means keeping us sustainable , is that too much to ask . |

Are you that naive or stupid to believe what you post , that even without the combined forces of NATO that America could inflict if not destroy Russian forces , you forget the Russia has been fighting, losing men, equipment and experience for 3 years . America alone has 8 major military bases in Germany alone . I know you have a hard on for Ivan but really you don't half post some guff. |

I treat and brought up my kids to respect the trouble these days and this is only my opinion but social media with you tube , tik tok etc especially has a lot to do with the decline in respect for the police and the law where you can view film clips of the police shall we say acting outside the boundaries of the law then you have bad parenting probably the main factor where feral kids breed yet more feral kids. They do have a difficult job without doubt but maybe the way the Police are used as a political tool hasn't helped the public's perception of them. |

Due to inexperience of the angler having its head nearly severed because of the sharp pulling back of the rod and speed of reeling in then to have someone trying to remove at times a rusty hook into its fleshy then its head smashed against the floor because its only mackerel used only to catch more mackerel , and yes I've seen that happen or doggies classed as worthless again kicked about and again I've seen this happen and yes I used to fish myself .I can't comment on river fishing as I've never done it . |

Not for a moment am I prescribing to war but at the moment the Germans don't want to commit to sending peace keepers to Ukraine which sort of blows Starmers initiative out of the water .They spent 20 years in Afghanistan in which I'm sure they acquitted themselves pretty well but different tactics different terrain. |

She can't help herself
Chancellor Rachel Reeves has been forced to issue a correction after wrongly claiming wages had risen at their fastest rate since the Labour Party took power following last year's General Election.
The Treasury stepped in at lunchtime to amend what it called an "error" in the Chancellor's earlier statement to the press, clarifying that wages after inflation are growing at their fastest rate in three years, rather than at record levels as initially suggested.
In her initial statement, Reeves had declared: "Getting more money in peoples pockets is my number one mission. Since the election we've seen year on year wages after inflation growing at their fastest rate worth an extra £1,000 a year on average" |
