The new kit vote decision in November carried the news that it would be available for the end of the season. Since then there was a small piece in the Plymouth programme that it would be early July because of the sponsor issue.
It's safe to say there has been more information posted (repetitively) on here than on the club's own website on the issue. |  |

Not surprised really, we essentially run the clubs information, media and communications department on here 
As for the sponsor I'm not surprised either, I think we all expected a bit more communication going on there. After the 'free scarf when you spend over £30' rubbish, there has been nothing but only their name on anything we did eg 1844 challenge, no mention in the media or on their posters on who they're sponsoring.

Noticed on OS that last season's shirts are now a tenner. They might have got rid of a lot more if they'd been that price at the kit sale 3 weeks ago when a percentage of the fanbase had specifically turned up to buy items like shirts. | |

If a football club had new shirt on sale and sold 100 adult shirts in the first week, that's £4000 of cash-flow into that football club.
If budgeting is done on a weekly/monthly basis it could impact the ongoing plans of an effective commercial department. | |

Judging by the official site, where there have been no new stories on the website since last Friday I doubt it. Maybe they are all away on holiday, either that or Leighanne is off this week.
I was expecting them to be pushing season ticket sales and advising of late night openings for the ticket office this week and next to push the early bird sales offer but it doesn't look like it is going to happen. |  |

I reckon you're dead right , and it frustrates the hell out of me .
I know that there are limited staff numbers , but for one persons absence to lead to things grinding to a halt in any business orientated organization is bizarre . We had great impetus into the close season with three new signings and out of contract players signing up again but as you say over the past week or so - nothing , just when you'd think we'd be bombarded with marketing and club news to generate interest in season ticket offers available . | | | |

Been done to death: when whoever does the site is off, a plan is in place to follow utilising the other staff at the club. Whether this includes interviews/articles/marketing campaigns being written in advance is up to them, but it should be clear and easy to achieve.
In fairness there is an article on Kevin McIntyre's move to Chester (the stories appearing on mobile and desktop versions appear different) but what would have been going on if he hadn't signed there?
