Talked about a vision: really emphasised discipline and the image and get the impression if things go well there's a longer term plan.

sounded like he has a vision with regards to next season, but obviously cant say too much about it, hopefully there is a plan to get a longer contract come May, good to hear about Grimes, sounded like he was speaking from experience when talking about him, selling your best talent. |  |

I think if Gornell had done what he did against Exeter with Hill in charge we wouldnt have seen him for weeks afterwards, the over all ethics of Colemans team was bordering on ridiculous by the end, discipline is huge to Hill, and we will no doubt see a different attitude on the pitch. | |
