O'Grady
May not of been the most talented, but he is the player whose inclusion mattered more and was so influential! The team was set up to include O'Grady, he is what give the team its teeth, without him we were a sloppy set of gums, as was shown last season. |  |

There was just something about him, I used to constantly be thinking "give it to will" much in the same way as I'd imagine the Portuguese are with ronaldo or argies are with messi. Its so hard!!!
I think it has to be Dawson, to score so many goals at such a young age from centre back and to gain promotion in your first full season as a pro, it takes some beating!
He's then gone on to play and score for the U21s and team GB. | |

Dawson for me without a shadow of a doubt. A classy defender who doesnt get booked, defends for his life, can pass short and long and scores you 10 goals a season! An extra yard of pace and we would be talking potentialy one of the best in the world. And he's a Rochdale lad too! |  |
