Has Williams gone to Netherlands on 13:10 - Jan 19 with 1703 views | ReslovenSwan1 | Nathan Ntoe an On was signed by the recruitment team and was not rated by Duff nor Williams and he has not started a single league game. The scouts liked what they and the mangers disliked what they saw. They do not trust him even to come off the bench. This cannot happen. Williams must give his blessing while he is still the manager. There is no harm in him going to the Netherlands for a second opinion. His opinions vital as he picks the team no one else. Martinez picked Nathan Dyer. He never played under him. I recall Brendan b picked Dyer as a central striker and he ran Wigan central backs ragged Gary Caldwell and co. Dyer was not impressed with Martinez jumping ship suspect. Ronald down the centre might have been better yesterday . Goutas is big and strong and had Cullen in his pocket. No one ran at him apart from Darling once or twice. Swansea have stopped running.

What is the point in him giving his blessing today and he gets sacked in the morning. If I was Coleman I would cancel that plane ticket. Any prospective players would do their research and realise there is real uncertainty over his future at the club.

Has Williams gone to Netherlands on 15:12 - Jan 19 with 1440 views | QJumpingJack | Are we really surprised at the poor recruitment? Paul Watson said there was no structure or process in place when he joined the club. That has to be the responsibility of the owners. Watson has left and not been replaced. And the signings made under Watson - quite a few have to prove themselves and time is running out.

This is reasonable enough. But it shouldn’t be happening with two weeks of the window left, especially when we have a game Tuesday. Targets, backup targets and backup backup targets should all have been thoroughly vetted by now.

If it’s a Ryanair flight they don’t give refunds anyway so may as well let him go

I’d be surprised anyone at all comes to us . Frankly, I just think it’s about survival, then they might sack him during the off season and bring in someone who is a coach

You may be right R. I’d say we’ll get some loans but permanents? I really don’t know. We will see.

Nobody of any worth will come . It’s on our DNA I am pleased to see our fan base angry and upset which shows a lack of apathy . When that sets in,the alarm bells ring loudly We have had coaches that are deluded and players who’ve become delusioned It can be sorted and quickly but,as I say,it takes guts and I’m not sure oleman or the owners have it . We love this club They don’t .

Has Williams gone to Netherlands on 16:40 - Jan 19 with 1040 views | union_jack | If Coleman has gone with him (?) then maybe he’ll have a word similar to the ones given to Martin that put us on a more fruitful streak. Our energy level from the first second need to improve. On the front foot from the off. We can’t just play the same soporific style we do and expect to win. I’ve watched a couple of games today in and off and I’m watching Ipswich - Man City now. Energy all over the place. Nothing to do with talent, but energy.

All targets have been vetted. It is a question of judgement. It is better not to sign a player than sign a bad player. Swansea have signed some real talent and managers have not developed them. Gyorkeres Al Hamadi Obafemi ( a good player under the right manager) Whitaker now Joseph Only Cullen came through the vigorous process. He barely did anything yesterday mainly through a defective game plan [Post edited 19 Jan 16:49]

Leeds Wednesday was the same, Wednesday not as good as Leeds but were on the front foot from the beginning playing at a high tempo. We have to get out of this slow tempo sideways passing, we need a box to box attacking midfielder and be aggressive from the start

You’ve missed the point. If Williams needs to run an eye over potential signings, which I don’t disagree with at all. It should be done way, way before we are halfway through the window, with no signings, in a three game week.

Don't think he is going anywhere for the moment. Thankfully I think strengthening a tired and thin squad is going to take priority. Things can change quickly but a concern with some players carrying knocks and fatigue with some

How the hell they can be physically tired after the energy, or lack of spent in each game is mind boggling. Mentally so? Well I can understand that.

We might get a few very last minute cheap loans that nobody else would look twice at.
| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Exactly and then try to limp over the line. FFP is a joke, M Citeh are spending nai on a billion quid on new players, with 130 charges lying at their door. Time it was scrapped cause it means absolutely naff all to these Clubs with financial power its not fit for purpose, the football authorities can't touch these big fish, so they go after the minnows instead. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/football/man-city-s-1billion-splurge-signals-end [Post edited 19 Jan 18:20]

Really not all it’s cracked up to be is it? I’m all for stopping Newcastle buying the best 20 players on the planet, or even Birmingham and Wrexham buying their way through the divisions. But when it stops a modest club trying to progress slowly after 8 years of neglect by its previous owners, you really have to question if it’s fit for purpose.

There is a few championship clubs who are just flaunting the rules. We are being careful not to go past the threshold but yet some have gone past it with no action taken even after having recent embargos. Whole thing is becoming a massive joke especially when a 3rd tier team splashes 15M on a player.

How can you strengthen any squad, when the squad already here has downed tools and doesn't want to work under this Coach, the priority should be to stabilise the club first and foremost, its a pointless exercise otherwise. The last 4/6 years all we've seen is continuous turmoil at the club, its a total shambles. Fans need to take their heads out of the sand and wake the f up,
