He has no weaknesses his agent says so how come he couldn't get a first team chance under Lampard? If he's that good surely Lamps would have tried him because he gave other kids a chance didn't he?
If he is that good though and he's joining us it'll surely be a long while before we see him play and one thing won't change. Signing good youngsters is one thing but the team still needs a few old heads to guide the kids through the hard times, specially in our midfield. |  |

I'm not complaining about signing good young kids just saying we need other pieces of the jigsaw to make a good team. Like we saw with James and McBurnie, they have a good season, or part of a season and get snapped up. Rodon may well be next to leave and we know they won't be spending much on a replacement! | |

No he wont be. Because the simple fact is our academy is unrecognisable to the one we had when we were in the Premier lge. We are Cat1 status in name only.

Yes we have have had far more Kenji Gorre’s (5 years, 1 appearance) and Gregor Zabret’s (7 years, 0 appearances) than we care to remember.
