I have recently gone self employed as a mortgage broker. Although I do not live in Swansea I can offer telephone appointments. We do charge a fee but for anyone I get through here I will offer discounts.

My last mortgage was with NatWest. The deal the broker got me was not one being offered by NatWest direct to Joe Public.

So using a broker saved me £££££.

We deal with lots of different lenders - if you go direct to the mortgage lender they will only offer the mortgages they can do - as a broker I compare lots of different mortgages to try and get you the best deal. You could do this yourself, but will take lots of time and reading up as you won't necessarily have the understanding of their lending criteria etc.

In short, we will save you time and money by getting you on the best deal!
