It's getting close to a player getting knifed.

My God, that’s awful. Hope he goes down for a few years for that. It quite clearly states that spectators shouldn’t step on the pitch!😗

Shocking he will go down for a long time for that.

Looks like something out of Peaky Blinders.
But on a serious note what a total tw@t and coward.

There was trouble at Easter Road on Friday as well with a spectator and player, hope this kind of incident isn't going to be the norm doesn't do our great game any good at all. 🙁

Poll: Will we be relegated ?

Not the first time for a Brum fan to confront a Villa player, the last one went down for 4 months

You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game

It must be a jail sentence. A fine will only be paid by a whip round by other Brum fans. The idiot should never be allowed in a football ground again. While we're at it, the man or men who should have been stewarding the area should never be allowed to work as a Stewart again.

If he did that on the street, he would get not a lot.

Yes that was their keeper.
I pretty sure that was just taunting though after an own goal.
Don't think he punched him.

Decent goal by freakish, I'm still not sure why stewards and this time police decide to get involved with players and supporters when they are celebrating, it just makes it worse. One steward there was punching everything he could get to, will be be arrested ?

Unfortunately, maximum sentence will be 6 months, minus 1/3 for guilty plea. Max he will serve is 2.

Life ban will obviously follow.

A proper ‘casual’ twot. Not the sharpest tool in the box by the look of it.

We had one in the last derby match who went in the field to have a go at Bellamy. Think he went down for it.

Steward just got thrown out as we’ll looks like he was being quite heavy on Grealish when he scored.

This derby is far more explosive than our own it seems.

I got caught up in a battle between Villa and Brum fans on Corporation Street in the 80s whilst at University. Police horses everywhere even going into C&As. The stores all put their shutters down and I managed to get the right side of them and safe. Quite frightening though.

Certainly becoming more common.

In Italy, most stadiums have netting or fencing separating fans from each other, and the pitch to stop trespass/missiles. Much more of this nonsense, and it will be introduced in the UK.

This issue is not confined to football. Loutish “anti-social” behaviour seems to be on the rise all over the UK. The recent increase in Knife crime is a side effect of this.
