Isnt it obvious now that early season chopping and changing formation week in week out is detrimental to the players understanding of what they are doing.Confidence is already low and even though defensively we have been poor,no player has been given a chance to settle in any position so creating any understanding with his partner,Mistakes in defense are really only open to criticism when a settled back four play 3,4,games together.How can they gain confidence when the management don't really trust them,
Playing well and gaining no points does not instill confidence in any player and the sooner management understand this and trust these players ,consistency and positivity will always be a problem. With such a small squad to play with you would think consistency in performance was a absolute necessity. |  |
