For Liverpool yes i would agree, he wins second balls and can pass a simplistic pass 10 yards and does a good job because the Premier league is geared up to that style of football.

I totally agree. We've got to move away from the 'best' individuals and pick a team best equipped to carry out a plan. If that means unspectacular players or players who play 'individually' don't play then so be it. We don't seem to have an 'identity', a way of playing. | |
