Thanks Lisa. They are safe having a few issues out there atm such as their bank blocking their cards internet is down so they cant send free messages and they just spent 60 quids worth on top ups to let us know they are safe. they arn't allowed to leave the hotel as there are gunmen still at large.. And to top it off the Rep is a complete arse and told them have a great remainder of their holiday.... jesus really Thomas Cook are shit lol

I think it might be just pure bad luck my end and that i had a issue with the account and the operator done a little digging and seen "my name" and thought hmm hang on this isn't a Taiwan name etc etc and just started poking around :( got a season ticket for home games it's just away games i am going to have to stick to freebies etc

so they wanted proof that i was actually in Taiwan to which I replied i just provided proof via my IP address that they requested then they said nope we are not activating your account and no refund will be given. I think they got annoyed that they couldn't see my real IP i dunno hopefully the bank will get my cash back

i left at the 85th min due to my daughter nagging to go to the toilet (she was nagging from the 75th) she then turned around and said if she doesn't go to the toilet she is going to pee herself so i give in and took her :) that's my reason i hope it is approved by the powers that be :D
