Palarse Tickets

bought my tickets online about 2 hrs ago and noticed that the travel club have already sold out 9 coaches. I'll probably travel but train but have read about possible delays on easter monday. Also came across cheap train travel via Horsham to East Croydon then 1 change to Norwood station. Not sure what is the best route?
