I have to agree Tummer, He was really sloppy today and gave the ball away an awful lot in good attacking positions,I also thought Darling had brain fog on numerous occasions throughout the match and was lucky to stay on the pitch.
Agree...I think its going to be a work in progress...mine came on after the penalty save is I reckon I missed first 15 mins as well, but did manage to see the goal...sound was stodgy and going off & on at times in the first half.
Great captains performance, also mentions for Roden on debut and Mulder was assured when called upon well done boys...Great 3pts against a side unbeaten since April and who finished 7th in this league last season.
...against a side that lost 6-0 last week as well init....we should have gone for their jugular from the off instead they gave us a schooling and got confident with our negative 5 at the back and a non existent midfield in the first half...RANT OVER
Days Inn South Ruislip free parking for guests, there is pub grub next door or curry house 50 yds away and railway station is 100 yards away...about 3 stops (15 mins)on train to/ from Wembley...piece of Pooh to get to off M4 as well...Stayed there for Bradford game and it was good
They are professionals Perch...its thier job... Lets face it you and I could score against this shower of dog shite tonight, it pains me to say we are going down.... on the bright side more games to watch next season
Sorry Lisa got to disagree, we had a line of 4 at the back and a line of 5 in midfield just in front (naughty was part of the 5) with Botja on his own up front. Totally defensive set up to stop them playing through us and to try and catch them on the counter...which we didn't. We got better when Barrow came on and we changed our shape...all too little too late
