Enhanced? you can't polish a turd.
We wasted 20m euros on probably the worst forward ever to wear our shirt and gave him 11 run outs he didn't deserve in a league where he was so far out of his depth it was embarrassing, he still looked out of his depth against 4th Div Gillingham.
Anyone with an ounce of football knowledge would know he's a million miles away from ever being a PL player.
Trouble is you lack even an ounce, like the goon at SFC who signed him. |

I think Rasmus is getting his Ferrari's mixed up with his donkeys.
What Rasmus should be more concerned with is how we wasted about 60m euro on Paul, Sulamana and Mara who anyone with an ounce of football knowledge would know they are nowhere near PL level and never will be.
Hopefully whoever brought them is now unemployed.
Ask yourself this, would any other PL club take any of them if they were free? |

Bookmakers have Saints 6/4 to be relegated, so they are not as pessimistic as many of our fans.

Some numpty (there's a few) rang up Cundy on Talksport (I ring in now and again if they need correcting) the other night suggesting the very same thing.
I thought he's on a wind up, but he was deadly serious dribbling on, they obviously couldn't say what they really though for fear of not being PC and losing their jobs.
Caught some of the women's game v Sweden on BBC the other day and the standard is woeful. My daughter played in the league below the WSL about 12 years ago with Oxford and she says the standard hasn't really improved.
Ruled herself out? if there was a list of 1000, she should/would get nowhere near it. |

15,115 was 00/01 the season before we moved to SMS.
The capacity was 15,200 from 92/93 so we couldn't have attained 2 of your guesses of 15,382 and 15,413.

Why's that then?
Against Pompey for obvious reasons they'd probably be around 350-400 police, Millwall few hundred maybe but for any other PL/Champ matches you wouldn't have thought no more than 50 (if that) were needed as there's hardly any bother really as most are low risk.
The last figures I saw it cost around 11k on average (clubs pay 8,500 of this) to police a PL game, London and other clubs obviously bump that figure, so SFC would be lower.
For a 15,000 crowd or a 31,000 they'd only need the same numbers wouldn't they?, none are generally in the stadium, unless it kicks off.
You didn't address the factual point of why there were 1000 empty seats, did you? |

The highest crowd that season was 31,196 v Man Utd, about a 1000 under capacity.
with segregation taking up probably 400ish in the Northam and block 1 in the Itchen closed, that would account for around 1000 empty seats, you can hardly sell seats to sit on netting. can you
The capacity in any ground can never be reached with segregation of fans.
The Police figures are just guesses, you know that, you're better than that.

All clubs count them you goon, you can't sell a ticket twice can you?,
Arsenal will forever top that league, they used to give out 60,000 every home game when there were clearly 10-15000 empty seats a few years back. |
