I was only joshing! Used to drink in the White Hart, Kelly’s and sometimes that awful club upstairs by the ferry terminal (Arks?) when we first moved down here. A mate of mine used to live in Gosport before he moved to Southsea.
Pretty much all of the above, but people will always have a chat to you about football if you’re wearing colours as they know you’re a real fan of a real club not a plastic supporting a team at the other end of the country.
Great actress loved her in A Private Function with Michael Palin and Lady in the Van, being in the Harry Potter films showed her off to a whole new generation of fans. RIP
Before a ball was kicked in anger I thought anywhere between 10th and 16th, with a few wins at the end of February to give us hope of a late charge to the play offs! I still think anywhere between 10th and 16th.
Loved Berlin, as mentioned above; Dome of the Reichstag, we did it at night. Sachsenhausen, terrible but fascinating, was the “model” camp they all followed as was used by the Soviets until the 50’s I believe. Olympic stadium Spandau (you can combine with Olympic stadium) The further east you go in the city the more stark it gets.
