It's not a war of mass troop movements, because of drones, artillery and missiles. Any mass movements would be destroyed easily as everything can be seen from above. Russia in particular because of it's satellite network can see everything on the battlefield and it's intelligence is excellent. Last year it destroyed the entire Black sea drone operation , run primarily by the British. One well placed missile is all it took, it's why there haven't been any attacks on Russian shipping since.This conflict is of smaller formations trying to gain advantages over a huge frontline. NATO has not seen anything like this. It's a new and different kind of warfare, which we are not prepared for, but Russia is doing it now but just as brutal if not more so. Don't kid yourself that NATO would stand a change out there
You are either that dense or haven't been following this thread. It's not about territory, it's about destroying the Ukranian army so they are no longer a threat. This has been explained to you many times

I have explained often enough. It's not about taking territory, it's about totally degrading the Ukraine military so that it's no longer a threat, and it's well on course for this to happen. The Ukraine had a large well equipped military before this conflict, so of course it's taking time.

The US does not have the troops to spare. The bases could be destroyed easily by hypersonic missiles. Russia could even tell them the location and time of the attacks as there is no air defences that can stop them.
The US couldn't even defeat the Taliban or the Mahdi army. Britain was humiliated in both Iraq and Afghanistan, we simply did not have enough troops on the ground to do anything except safeguard our own bases
Russia has over 1 million men under arms and all the equipment they want. They are well defended too.THIS conflict is on a scale that NATO has never seen. Afghanistan, Iraq is a picnic in comparison.

I detest Trump with a passion, but some things he is saying are true. Zelensky is indeed a dictator. He's had 3 years to make a deal with Russia , but hasn't and walked away from the last talks. It's probably the reason he hasn't been included this time. Looks like Putin and Trump are about to carve up the Ukraine as Trump wants American money returned . The piper has to be paid
Not a chance. NATO couldn't put mass troop movements or equipment into the Ukraine without it being wiped out by Russian missiles, jets etc. there are only a few ports that could handle mass equipment, hamburg and I think Antwerp.There are no air defences that can defend against Russian missiles
NATO also doesn't have the troops available. The British army can't even assemble a single combat division to deploy, similar with France and Germany.Poland has the most capable military in Europe, but they would be sitting ducks. The US army is not like it was during the 90s, they have a recruitment shortage too and The US has no appetite for conflict, especially when they see the body bags.
The Russian military is extremely competent. It's well trained, well supplied and battle hardened.There are no defences against their hypersonic missiles. They could target and hit anything they want and they can carry a huge payload. Even carrier fleets are defenceless against these weapons, they are real game changers
Every weapon NATO supplies the Ukraine has been countered by the Russian military.They have effectively defeated NATO, hence Trump' sucking up to Putin
Yes, correct. I'm no lover of trump, but he's correct on this. Zelensky, has stopped all elections - yes, the constitution allows it under certain conditions, but that's besides the point. He has banned all opposition parties, take the media under govt control, press ganged young men into the military and even banned the orthodax church
He is right to exclude Ukraine from talks, as they walked away from the last ones , under Pressure from Johnson. He's also correct when he said Russia holds all the cards.The Ukraine has no leverage at all in any peace talks, however they could have included them as a courtesy
