I use Jonstons water based acrylic satin for white doors and skirtings. For heavily trafficked areas I use light coloured Johnstons water based acrylic Matt paints because they tend to be easy to roller over to hide marks without having to paint the entire wall. For living rooms and bedrooms I go for light Farrow and Ball colours - my favourite is ammonite grey which really draws the natural light and works well with white doors.
I always use a sheepskin roller for walls and ceilings, much better than sponge or fabric rolllers.
No point scrimping on the right tools.As they say "you can't make a chicken curry out of chicken shit!" |

Speaking of which, why does "Ar y Marc" on Radio Cymru every Sat morning totally ignore Swansea, Wrexham and Newport? This morning Owain Glyndwr Tudur Jones was talking cok about how he loves Liverpool. Thought it was suppposed to be Welsh language fanzine about Welsh clubs. |

I would imagine so and it is netted off the transfer income and treated as a cost. Gives the Yanks opportunity to treat it as a cost and justify lack of investment. |

I was looking for the positives from Cardiff beating Leeds and at least:
1. It may give Leeds the collywobbles again of our home fixture against them
2. It puts more pressure on Preston
3. Cardiff play Preston next so dropped points guaranteed

Well done Jack and nice to have this back. Despite the local referee who hasn't been good to us previously, I am hopeful Brewster, Gallagher and Garrick will have enough pace on the dry pitch to get us a win and back into the mix.
Just hope the Swans TV live subscription service works with lots more subscribers than before. |
