So…….. Anyone know where the panic button is stored these days? No point sacking Marti, and I’m not suggesting that, but this is surely a worse start than under Gareth last season? I just don’t see anyone turning this lot around…. Pep would walk away We’ve spunked a huge amount of our budget on Madsen and, at the moment, he has to be up there with the worst signings we’ve ever made pound for pound. There’s just nothing about the geezer at all and it’s an amazing feat that at 6ft 4 he can be so anonymous…. I noticed an ex player on Pompeys bench more than him He sums us up - physically weak, thick, no pace and scared witless or just couldn’t care less Circling the drain for half a decade….. is that the flush I hear? 19th October and we’re bottom showing no signs of improvement Oh dear |

We’re all aware of the baggage and the character flaws but…. What an absolute privilege it was to see that man in a QPR shirt. So glad I made so many games that season It still rankles me how it all ended here and, if it’s possible, makes me hate CandleFace even more |

Proper football ended a good few years back The FA Cup and the rules Used to be that the same set of rules applied in ever competition whether you were playing amateur Sunday League or on the not so hallowed turf of Wembley Rules were simple and clear Then we started dicking about with offside, VAR applies in some grounds but not others in the same competition at the same stage, sub benches longer than the starting line up etc The only “modern day” rule change I’ve felt that worked is the change in the back pass and keeper picking up. In terms of the so called top teams and their gravy train….. forget it; it’s gone |

Why are you pushing for one? I’d go Prostagram By definition it focuses on the prostate only and is therefore a shorter scan and therefore safer Hope you’re good If you’ve got any direct concerns by all means PM |

What I would say is don't get too hung up on your PSA score As noted above, there is an "ideal bracket" according to your age but what's more important is the trend for yourself as an individual. That is why anyone over 45 should get their PSA done at least once a year, every six months if you're in a risk group (family history etc) Even if it spikes there are many reasons that could be such as a knee trembler within 24 hours, stress, been to the gym etc, etc.... however you need to have a median line SO GET TESTED. Next step then is an MRi as the PSA is purely an indicator. This is why I tried to raise as much money as possible for the roll out of a scheme to screen men in risk groups much the same as mammograms' for women. The argument against is that a Prostagram would show up extremely minor cases and cause those men in question anxiety etc, etc -- I totally disagree and think this should be available on the NHS at least every two years. Without an MRi I would never have known what was going on. My PSA was only slightly raised, the blood traces were minimal and put down to my ongoing issues with Kidney stones and the frequency of pissin was "possibly your (my) age". The MRi nailed it and thank the good Lord, but more importanly the Saints in the NHS, they found it when they did as it was starting to march. GET A PSA CHECK DONE REGULAR |

Blackburn relegated.... mmmmmmmmm Before the season started I thought 10th to 16th Like most I just expected the form to kick on with Marti having a whole pre-season to get them drilled and add a few canny signings At this moment in time I'd say bottom of the stack. Watched a fair few games and we look the least well equipped but I've yet to see Cardiv, PNE or Pompey kick a ball Sixteenth would be sweet. |
