I think he is very independent, he has to go with the flow of the game and deliver a product that keeps the listener entertained. As he did when we walloped Cardiff all those times recently. He’s the eyes and ears on the game he can’t be anything but enthusiastic no mater what is happening. I can’t tell you how many years I have known him, I’ve forgotten. I think he comes across as a quality broadcaster. Best we have had in Wales in my lifetime. |

A lot of clubs have fallen, and some came back, Sunderland have a huge support but it really didn’t matter in league one. Bar the finances. It’s a tough one. |

Russ would never work with Coleman, bookies aren’t getting it. Coleman was chairman when he left. I think they are preying on the hope fans will bet on him because they are desperate. |

Over five years he had a nigh on 50% win rate.
Always baffled me why they sacked him unless they saw Schumacher as a step up.
In fact 48% over his career but it’s all been non league or League one. |
