What an absolute honour : King Curt is an MBE.

So many memories from him ripping Trevor Cherry apart to him taking training sessions with Mumbles Rangers and none of us realising how hard we had worked until we hit the showers, utterly exhausted.
Nobody in Welsh football is more deserving of this than King Curt, a fantatsic player, a true gentleman and a complete legend.

Maybe so Keith. When Roger was there with SKy and Harris in front of him we knew they'd never shirk a challenge and no one would intimidate our keeper. When we talk about bargains, the 45k for Roger is right up there.

Oh how we could do with you now, Roger. I agree with you. Woodman doesn't command his area, but like you say, how many do?
Goalkeepers are already very protected, you can hardly touch them yet they are still far too timid, generally speaking.

But how Laudrup managed the squad, his rotations but most of all his attitude seemed to have a demoralising effect on the team.
He is the only manager I have ever heard publicly talking down his own teams chances.
Other managers usually take the line that games are hard but we will compete. Laudrup had publicly given up on some games.
If your manager doesn't believe in you, is it surprising if your performances tail off?
I think the round up of the games is very fair. And it has been plainly obvious performances have been better. results will come. Under Laudrup we were getting worse, the trend has been reversed.
