He (Adam) was present, albeit online, at the last AGM and dealt with financial matters in a way that showed he was on top of the detail and, I guess, the move to Xero accounting software.
Like Mr Willoughby at the Fans Forum, impressive. New bods, who know what they are doing.
When the EGM is held re: articles of association, it'll be interesting to see how many directors said articles require for our board to be quorate. Who we need, who we don't and how the majority shareholder decides what is best. |

As you say, the accounting lead (as would be expected with the Ogdens) came across well. At the same time, a former accounting lead was voted through for a further period as a director but one wonders what he's contributing these days
