The club won't issue any statement on rumours. If they did they would updating every 5 minutes.

Also no point. They want him gone, or maybe, rephrasing it, they want the compo. There’s nothing they can say that would make any sense. “Our manager is hawking himself around, we aren’t offering him a new contract, we want the compo” isn’t going to get the result everybody except a few Cooperwingnuts want.

I agree, but pre season is just around the corner and we don't know where we are, very unsettling for players I'd have thought.

He really needs to go now obvious he has no interest in staying. Shame it's dragging on so long hopefully be gone next week.

Problem we have is there are plenty of managers out of work and lots have a better pedigree and credentials than Cooper. Starting to look like we maybe stuck with him unless we reduce the compensation.

Cooper to Fulham on 17:23 - Jun 27 with 2061 views | Dr_Winston | Amazing to see such an allegedly dynamic young manager being treated like the rubbish kid left until last pick for playground football. It's almost as if people within the game realise that tedious accumulation of points ain't all that. Say what you will about Potter, he was snaffled up straight away, and could move up again this summer. Cooper's the bargain basement choice.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

18.5k followers, if that means anything I’m not sure but Fulham fans seem to read into what he says. That’s weird though with Wilder going odds on out of nowhere.

I can’t imagine him (or any other championship manager) turning down a crack at the PL. Palace do seem a bit of a basket case at the moment mind, if Zaha leaves they are going to struggle.

Yes the manager search has been inept a shambles of a club. How long ago did Hodgson say he was going

Your attempts to criticise our manager at every opportunity is becoming increasingly tedious, not to mention utterly ridiculous. Let it go, it’s eating you inside. Picked last for playground football? Cooper is one of the very few managers on the planet that is being seriously considered for a Premier League role, that after 2 years of club management. What has Potter got to do with anything? You do mean the fella that couldn’t get near the playoffs with Dan James, Ollie McBurnie, Leroy Fer, Van der Hoorn, Rodon et al, right? Lol

"What has Potter got to do with anything? You do mean the fella that couldn’t get near the playoffs with Dan James, Ollie McBurnie, Leroy Fer, Van der Hoorn, Rodon et al, right?" To make a comparison between Cooper and Potter is ridiculous. Ask yourself, why is Cooper in the frame for basket club Palace, one of the favorites for relegation and fellow championship club Fulham. While Potter is in the frame for one of the biggest clubs in the country Spurs. Clearly Potter is the better manager.

I didn’t make the comparison, I asked what has Potter got to do with anything, to someone who looked as if they were making the comparison. I went on to note what Potter did while he was here with an incredible group of players. Which sadly, wasn’t very much. Potter was appointed to a club in the Premier League who were odds on for relegation. Cooper is linked to a Premier League club strong odds on to survive. Comparing Cooper in his career now to Potters career two years after he left is a bit silly. Potter wasn’t linked to Spurs when he was with us, only after he has Premier League experience. Come on now, let’s not be daft.

<< What has Potter got to do with anything? You do mean the fella that couldn’t get near the playoffs with Dan James, Ollie McBurnie, Leroy Fer, Van der Hoorn, Rodon et al, right? >> Yeah that's the one, offered a 5/6 year deal from a Premier League club year after steadying the rocky ship here. The one being touted as being a possible appointment for the likes of Spurs or Everton. << Let it go, it’s eating you inside. >> Incorrect, people speaking honestly about him makes you very angry.

Yes that one, steadied a very talented ship that was among the favourites for promotion. But yes he didn’t get us relegated with Dan James et al if that is what you are saying. If Potter gets the Spurs or Everton job I will run back to the U.K. in a zorb ball across the sea with only a sandwich and a glass of milk for company. Luckily I don’t think there is any chance of that happening, and no doubt you agree... whether you admit it or not is another thing. Calling people out on nonsense is not anger, it’s amazement.
