I’m struggling here with the attitudes of some. (Not you btw). Borja, if he stays free of injury and we supply him with chances is not going to be far off matching McBurnies total , and it’s quite feasible that he’ll actually go on to surpass it.
So we’re looking for a back up player (not forgetting we’ve signed two apparently good wingers who can both play at 9.
Surridge not as good as CBR then? I think I’d rather Sam than Courtney this year .
If this means keeping CBR and losing Borja (which would be madness in my opinion, and I find that inconceivable) then that would be complete unacceptable. | |

He had the hip problem all season. Came off away at Wigan with it at the start of October. Went to Villa thinking it had been fixed and he was on the mend and it went again. | | | |
