Warnock 08:09 - May 5 with 3109 views | colinallcars | Says he has “no idea” if he'll still be at Cardiff next year but says he'll definitely be working. Could it be.......?
Warnock on 08:17 - May 5 with 3061 views | DejR_vu | Cardiff would be absolutely bonkers to let him go. Even if he did leave, why on earth would he come back here?

Warnock on 08:17 - May 5 with 3059 views | Juzzie | No chance. Both clubs in the same division and Cardiff closer to his home. Maybe Plymouth. Still earning, less pressure, out of ghe limelight, nice transition into retirement

Can't see him dropping into the fourth division even if they are practically on his doorstep.

Warnock on 09:29 - May 5 with 2850 views | rbsranger | This type of thing is getting even more tiresome than the four years of "maybe Adel is available"... NW gave us a season for the ages. He was more than likely sacked too early..... BUT.... his budget for the promotion season was higher than anything we could afford today, we would just be another "name check" appointment that would placate the fans but would utterly undermine the possibility of our DoF running the footballing side of the club for the sake of long term continuity. And don't forget.... he was the one that signed SWP, Joey Barton and Anton Ferdinand - which in my opinion was the ultimate sliding doors moment of the recent history of the club. We would have been better off going down with the honest championship winnning professionals that season whilst building something rather than planting the seeds for the Hughes' and Redknapps' of this world to totally destroy our club.

The sliding doors moment was Briatore blocking all transfers until he'd sold up - once TF took over the subsequent mix of last orders desperation, blank chequebook, and NW's vanity was the perfect storm.
Warnock on 10:06 - May 5 with 2733 views | Lblock | Take him back in a heartbeat Never going to happen though as he doesn’t tick many boxes. Cardiff would be mental to show him the door; he’s 1,000% proven at this level

Warnock on 11:35 - May 5 with 2555 views | paesanu | If I were him (as a previous poster has mentioned) I'd be looking for a gentler ending to my career at 70 - rather then returning to this cauldron. He served us well but I don't think he'd consider us anymore than we'd consider him.

I think most clubs in this division would snap your hand off to have NW as manager. Not us though, I agree; we’re too clever, the owners have a much better plan. Edit: sorry paesanu, didn’t mean to hit reply to your post [Post edited 5 May 2019 11:55]

Warnock on 11:58 - May 5 with 2465 views | paulparker | This club has never recovered since we showed warnock the door , it’s to late now to bring him back and the stupid thing is with a bit more persuasion we could of had him back again before JFH turned up Still the club continues to learn from its mistakes
| And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles

70 is the new 50. Anyway, he's got unblemished skin, perfect feet and the hide of a rhinoceros.

I don't think the words "gentle" and "Warnock" would ever appear in the same sentence.
Warnock on 10:21 - May 6 with 1601 views | daveB | Warnock would be completely unsuited to what we need next season, he's a brilliant manager but we need someone suited to working with no money and getting the best out of what we have

And I doubt we could afford him anyway. If he was to leave Cardiff, I think he would have plenty of offers.
