But you are not debating, you are just pushing the same falsehoods and equating Tommy with giants of their age who fought for equality
I'm not debating!? Says the one that's says the same left strawman crap. This is getting laughable. Your not debating! I'm stating facts, you can't handle it.
Yes but not to 'breach of the peace' but court contempt, He did not have his lawyer so he had a personal defendant & said to plead guilty to those charges.
He didn't plead guilty, his defender told him to so he can leave freely (or at least get less time off) and whether I like him or not is irrelevant, also the police officer couldn't bring himself to say what "breach of the peace" meant. So you can continue justifying his arrested but don't whine & moan when your freedom of speech is taking. I guarantee you, you would be quick to defend a leftist person reporting on a case about a white man grooming a young ethnic girl, would you?

Yes he did. He knew the moment the was arrested his previous suspended sentence would mean a direct journey to jail and no stopping. There appears to be a whole lot of shite being touted by Robinson's supporters who weren't there.
The officer wouldn't have arrested anyone without cause. Who in their right mind expects a policeman to go into a detailed discussion with people who have no direct link to the arrest? If you were to question an arresting officer outside the Liberty as he was taking someone into custody, you would expect him to stop and answer you in detail.
'I guarantee you, you would be quick to defend a leftist person reporting on a case about a white man grooming a young ethnic girl, would you?' You can guarantee nothing and from that sentence you shows exactly what you are. Tell me, where was Robinson when over 100 cases of grooming against white British men were going trough the courts in the recent past? You really are are perverse if you believe anyone would defend no scum who were grooming anyone. The difference is people like me want the law applied equally and fairly.
The thing about the law is it is applied pretty much even hardly.

Yes he did. He had a highly experienced barrister defending him.
Obviously not as much experience as the bloke in the car, that goes without saying, but still.

The MSM have reported on cases for white pedophiles, but not Muslim grooming gangs so Robinson live-streamed his opinions.

He was put in prison for contempt of court, so that’s fine then.
Your suggesting he's arrest 'breach of the peace', he wasn't

He was charged with contempt of court. He pleaded guilty to contempt of court. He was jailed for contempt of court. He had a previous suspended sentence for contempt of court. That suspended sentence for contempt of court was activated.
“In the Crown Court hearing he was advised and represented by a specialist criminal barrister with over 16 years of experience of cases including murder, people-trafficking, serious violence and serious sexual offences. As an independent barrister, this professional prosecutes as well as defends (most of us do), but his website profile in fact emphasises his experience as a defence advocate. In other words, Yaxley-Lennon had a top-notch defence barrister fighting his corner.”
