Not looking good for Saturday, doesn't get above -1and probable snow. We really can't afford any more postponements.

We only get 4% of our power needs from Russia and by April we wont need any until November. The protests against fraccing by the great unwashed are what will ultimately freeze the poor and elderly to death especially on days when there is no sunshine and no wind to speak of and yet ther are trillions of cubic feet of gas under our feet. The war in Syria has been about routing two new pipelines through to Europe to reduce and ultimately eliminate the reliance on Russian gas. Oddly the UK has the least storage capacity for gas of all the main Northern European countries, a failing of politicians on both sides of the house that may well cost us dear in the near future.

If there is fracking good chance the poor and elderly will have already died from earthquakes, water pollution and climate change. You're right about the importance of gas storage but that's the same argument for improving our storage of renewables-generated electricity which electric vehicles technology is 'driving'.
ps - I have been known to wash.

The Northwest would be fracked to fook under the pretence of it giving us cheaper energy bills. the only thing it would deliver is poorer health for local people and a devastation of the environment and wildlife you don't have to be green peace to hold that view. People in Whitworth have done a good job of organizing and managing to stop their area being fracked.

Off at Gillingham when Rovers fans would already be on the way.

"Game off: on the advice of the police and the Safety Advisory Group, today’s match against Gillingham has been postponed in the interest of spectator safety. #Rovers"

Good grief.
