The whole post 16 sector stinks to high heaven.

Inadequate governance
A raft of 'consultants' who wouldn't last 5 minutes in the private sector
A sector who waits for their boys and girls club (the AoC) to tell them what to do for thousands per year even though the bulk of the info is available on the government gateway

This culture takes money away from frontline teaching
