iFollow 02:51 - Jun 8 with 5022 views | Bazzanne | Is anyone else having trouble signing in to iFollow on the OS. It says accounts have been transferred from player but I can't get in or change password.
iFollow on 10:00 - Jun 8 with 4956 views | boromat | It seems to recognise my email but then needs you to reset your password which unfortunately doesn't seem to send you an email. That's what I'm getting anyway.

iFollow on 01:40 - Jun 10 with 4760 views | Bazzanne | just been informed that my account from Dale player has not been migrated and that I need to sign up for a new acc with iFollow. It said a lot of accounts had not been migrated. Also because I lived outside the UK I would no longer be able to pay Monthly.
iFollow on 09:57 - Jun 10 with 4712 views | ColDale | Do you need to download a new app or will the old FL app still work for it?
iFollow on 06:01 - Jun 11 with 4610 views | Bazzanne | I believe you need a new app "iPlayer" as yet not on iPad but available on android and Windows I think.
iFollow on 07:28 - Jun 16 with 4481 views | bornosdale | So that's why I can't find it in the apple App Store. I tried playing the interview on the web page but nothing happened. Hope they sort it before the season starts

You can use it on iPad but just through a web browser until an app is ready. Not a big deal I don't think.

Everything has to be changed, constantly, to improve advertising revenues and extract money from people who're held permanently in thrall to the great god of the technology industry; including this website, which I'm sure will be "upgraded" before long so that those with older equipment (i.e. more than two years old) will struggle to access without constant and severe glitches. It's already happening, with the advertising encroaching on user content Yep, it's free due to the advertising, totally get that. But the adverts don't get any more useful or interesting the more space/megabytes they take up, just more bloody annoying and much more likely to be ignored just for the hell of it - I wish the techies and the advertisers got THAT Also totally get that our mods won't have much say in that, if at all?

Do we have to set up a new account with direct debit info or are they moving over seamlessly?
iFollow on 15:23 - Jun 19 with 3977 views | 1mark1 | If payment for the full year is payable up front for the whole Year, then it's a bit dodgy, due to the fact if things go wrong in anyway, or you decide you no longer want the service you will of course have lost your money. Most services are bought on a month to month basis, so you can withdraw from the service at anytime, without the loss of money.

You make your choice and pay your money, or not as the case may be!

Absolutely. Last season, many on here complained about poor service, especially on the day of match commentary not working. Now maybe some of them stopped their subscription as a result of the poor service they believed they were getting. Certainly paying up front, is more of a risk than paying monthly, but each to their own.

In fairness, most of the problems were to do with poor facilities at various grounds rather than the actual service. However, I'm not going to pay for 12 months service until it's up & running and I can see it. As things stand, there is no app available for you to view it on IOS or Andriod. I will pay for it when I know it works. It's useful for midweek games when I can't always travel.

Yes I agree most of it sounded to be poor facilities at grounds, and unless those facilities have improved then the problem will be the same again whoever runs the service. They should offer a monthly direct debit payment option with a small surcharge.
