Our new ticketing system 15:14 - Jul 1 with 10386 viewsBLAZE

Got an email today with my new account details, with instructions on how to sign up to the new system.... On the whole it looks a nice improvement

Only thing I can't find is where it tells you your points total?

Had a pleasant surprise when I came to renew JA membership at £7.50.... until the very last confirmation page where they whack on their obligatory tax, er, I mean 'booking fee '

If it's anything like our system, then for home cup games you can buy online and your ST card is then activated for that game. Friendlies it's a case of buying online/ticket office, getting paper ticket.

Away games, league or cup, you'd need to buy as usual given it's managed by another club.

Theoretically, if every club went electronic there could well be a system of buying away games, having them activated for a ST card/away card.

I've activated my account no problem whatsoever. However, on trying to pay for my JA Membership it asks me on the confirmation screen(visa verification) what the Primary Cardholder's SSN is, and my Zip code(no option to change country) I've spoken to ticket office and they're going to get back to me, anyone have this issue? If so, have you rectified it? Ta in advance

Had e-mail and renewed JA membership. Good thing with this system is you can renew JA membership for many people with just one transaction. Did it for me and my lad, no problem.

It makes sense to batch the emails to avoid overloading the system while they work out the kinks.
