Kean returns to Blackburn Sunday, 6th Nov 2011 13:52 by Col Loan keeper Jake Kean has had his loan deal at Spotland cut short at the request of Blackburn Rovers. The former Hartlepool keeper started the season as first choice at Dale but recently lost his place after a series of disappointing displays for the first team, and has found himself behind goalkeeping coach David Lucas in the pecking order. Kean returns to Ewood Park following an injury to Blackburn's reserve keeper Mark Bunn who subsequently made the bench in the Blackburn v Chelsea game on Saturday afternoon. Make of that what you will. The departure of Kean is the latest in a series of changes to the squad at the club, and if rumours are to be believed, he may not be the last with whispers that Twaddle, Eccleston and Benali may soon be joining him through the exit door.
