We need to make an offer and sign him.
Moncur has gone to Ebbsfleet so bit of a downgrade on Southend I would have thought.
Going to ge a tough second half to the season and we may regret so many drawn games.

See Leyton Orient have ended Moncur's l9an at Southend early as have another loan lined up which I assume means somebody else is prepared to pay more of his dalary. Played 16 times for Southend so martch fit. Normally am not in favour of going back but George always did well for us and whilst now not maybe Divn one maybe could still do a job for us?

Dare we go to the National League and sign Lisbie from Braintree?
No doubt a fee would be required but we might be able to loan them somebody like Greenidge plus plenty of Colchester connections..
I wonder what Chay Cooper thoughts are as could well have now been a regular with us.

Gone to Charlton as Transition Coach an 9dd role imo but he is,.after all a Sarfend boy so probably has an eye on going back at some stage.

As we are down to the bare bones we need to do something but guess DC knows that.
See Woking signed Aidan O'Brien on Friday due to his 'connection' with Simon Bassey having played for Portsmouth. Did wonder as he is an experienced (31 year old) did wonder if he was originally l8ned up to come to us.
